EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY

For online shopping LCWaikiki:

• Exchange period:
  15 days from the day of delivery

7 days on sale period

• The receipt must be presented by the customer. 
• Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, unwashed, unaltered and with its original tag.
• Cosmetics and fragrances are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
• Refunds are not acceptable.

Exchange cannot be proceeded in case:

1. Receipt is not available. 
2. Items are used or worn. 
3. Tag is missing on the items.
4. Items are customized. (Tailored, etc.)
5. Accessories, underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrances are not exchangeable.
6. Unsealed Sealed goods.

NO Refund!

Customers that already paid their order via credit card, will have to exchange in store or contact us at customerservice@caliagroup.com .
