EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY.
If you are shopping online, you have the right to exercise the below exchange terms and conditions:
- The exchange period will expire after 15 days from the delivery date.
- To proceed with the exchange, you shall hand over the product to any of our Calia Group stores and each item to its respective brand.
- Please notify us by sending an email to shop@caliagroup.com in case of shop closure.
- Our customer service team will contact you to extend the exchange period based on your request received by email.
Exchange is not applicable in the below cases:
- If you do not present the original receipt
- If the Items are used or washed
- If the Label Tag is missing
- If the Items have been modified or altered
- Accessories, underwear, swimwear, socks and cosmetics are not exchangeable.
