If you are shopping online, you have the right to exercise the below exchange terms and conditions:

  • The exchange period will expire after 15 days from the delivery date.
  • To proceed with the exchange, you shall hand over the product to any of our Calia Group stores and each item to its respective brand.
  • Please notify us by sending an email to in case of shop closure.
  • Our customer service team will contact you to extend the exchange period based on your request received by email. 

Exchange is not applicable in the below cases: 

  • If you do not present the original receipt 
  • If the Items are used or washed 
  • If the Label Tag is missing 
  • If the Items have been modified or altered  
  • Accessories, underwear, swimwear, socks and cosmetics are not exchangeable.
