You are subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at the moment in which you use this website, except when by law or decision of governmental entities we must make changes retroactively to said policies, Conditions or Privacy Policy. In this case the possible changes will also affect orders made previously by you.

Availability: 

All products are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are items out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

Website Guide:

How to place an order?

  • Log in or Sign up: if this is your first time using our website, you need to create an account by clicking on sign up button and filling in your information. If you already have an account, you can sign in by clicking on log in button and entering your username and password.
  • After selecting an item, indicating the size and the color you need, click on add to cart and continue shopping. 
  • After adding all your products, you click on shopping cart and the total of items will appear with their relative prices and quantities. 
  • If you have a coupon code, you can add it in the box. Then you click on proceed to checkout.
  • The billing details will appear to fill in your personal information choose the method of payment and then click on place order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email including your order number, and your billing details, stating that your order is being processed.
  • The processing and delivery period will take 4 to 6 working days. You will receive an email about the status of your order once completed and that the courier picked it up from our warehouse. The courier will contact you on the same day of the delivery to confirm your presence.

Price and Payment: 

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude delivery charges, which are added to the total price as indicated in our Shopping Guide. The price of the products will be as specified at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and all amounts paid will be reimbursed to you.

There are 2 methods of payment that are applicable on the website:

  • Cash on delivery in LBP or USD 
  • Online payment Via credit card only in LBP 

Delivery:

Orders are generally shipped within 4 – 6 days (Monday- Saturday) excluding Holidays but we report delays when occurring. We deliver all across Lebanon with a flat rate shipping fee of 2$.

Technical issues:

In case an error occurred when entering your personal data during your registration, you can modify it in the “My Account” section.

Modifications can be made after completing the payment process by contacting customer service Via Email at shop.caliagroup.com 

This website displays confirmation boxes in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow the order to continue if the information in these sections has not been correctly provided.

Exchange and refund:

By using this Platform, you agree to our Returns/Exchanges Policy published on this Platform.

Liability and Waving Liability, Statutory Consumer Rights:

Our liability regarding any product acquired on our website shall be limited strictly to the price of purchase of said product. Our liability shall not be waived nor limited in the following cases:

  1. In case of death or personal harm caused by our negligence.
  2. In case of fraud or fraudulent deceit.
  3. In any case in which it was illegal or illicit to exclude, limit, or attempt to exclude or limit our liability.

Notwithstanding the paragraph above, and to the extent legally allowed, and unless these Conditions indicate otherwise, we shall not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

Loss of income or sales.

  1. Operating loss.
  2. Loss of profits or contracts.
  3. Loss of forecast savings.
  4. Loss of data.
  5. Loss of business or management time.

Force Majeure:

We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of the obligations we assume under a Contract when caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control. (Force Majeure or Natural disaster).

VIRUSES, PIRACY AND OTHER COMPUTER ATTACKS:

You must not make undue use of this website by intentionally introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other software or technologically damaging or harmful material. You shall not attempt to make unauthorized access to this website, the server on which the site is hosted or any server, computer, or database related to our website. You undertake not to attack this website through any attack of denial of service or an attack of distributed denial of service.

Failure to comply with this Clause shall be considered an infraction as defined under the applicable regulations. We will report any failure to comply with this regulation to the corresponding authorities and we will cooperate with them to determine the identity of the attacker. Likewise, in the event of failure to comply with this Clause, authorization to use this website shall be suspended immediately. We shall not be held liable for any damage or harm resulting from a denial-of-service attack, virus, or any other software or technologically damaging or harmful material that may affect your computer, IT equipment, data, or materials as a result of using this website or downloading content from the same or those to which this site redirects you.

Entire Contract:

These Conditions and any document referenced in the same constitute the Entire Contract between the Parties as regards the purpose of the same, replacing any previous pact, agreement, or promise made between the Parties verbally or in writing.

The Parties acknowledge that we have agreed to enter into the Contract without depending on any declaration or promise made by the other Party or that could have been inferred from any statement or document in the negotiations entered into by the two Parties prior to said Contract, except those expressly mentioned in these Conditions.

Neither Party shall take any action regarding any untrue statement made by the other Party, verbally or in writing, prior to the date of the Contract (unless said untrue statement was made fraudulently). The only action that may be taken by the other Party shall be due to a breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through this website shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon applicable thereto. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Beirut courts. If you are entering into the contract as a consumer, nothing in this Clause shall affect the statutory rights you have, as recognized in any applicable legislation in this area.
